Casey Dwyer

With more than 30 years in the electrical industry, Casey brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership experience to Valor Industrial. Throughout his career, he has worked across small independent businesses and large commercial contractors, giving him a broad understanding of both project delivery and business operations.

His experience spans commercial construction, office fit-outs, retail developments, apartment complexes, hotels, healthcare facilities and critical infrastructure projects. Over the years, Casey has held roles ranging from electrician and foreman through to project manager, operations manager and business owner.

Since co-founding Valor Industrial, Casey has been instrumental in helping guide the company from a two-person startup into a growing business delivering major infrastructure, commercial and data centre projects throughout New Zealand. While Scott leads much of the industrial and infrastructure division, Casey is the driving force behind the commercial operations of the business, ensuring projects are properly resourced, organised and delivered to a consistently high standard.

Clients value Casey’s ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly and keep projects moving regardless of the challenges involved. His leadership style is built around supporting both clients and staff, with a strong belief that no problem is too big if the right team is around the table.
